English: The Zion–Mount Carmel Highway is the eastern half of Utah State Route 9 (formerly Utah State Route 15) in Washington and Kane counties in southern Utah, United States, that runs east from the South Entrance of Zion National Park, through the park (including the Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel‎), to U.S. Route 89 at the Mount Carmel Junction in Mount Carmel. Although Utah State Route 9 runs through Zion National Park, the section within the park is not maintained by the Utah Department of Transportation or the State of Utah.
