What does city of town mean? Why not use municipalities?

- The categories by municipality would be welcome, but in addition to these as parent categories. The photographs of individual cities and towns are numerous enough to deserve their own categories. In my opinion, the category name could be simplified to 'Category:Black and white photographs of Slovenia by city'. The distinction between what is a 'city' and what a 'town' in Slovenia is not entirely clear; in any case, there are only 67 settlements officially recognised as towns in Slovenia (see en:List of cities and towns in Slovenia). --Eleassar (t/p) 11:11, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
