Two different circuses?

I'm confused. The Bouglione circus family are French, but the van in this picture has a Belgian web address on the side, firminbouglione.be. My French is very limited, and I've been unable to find out whether or not this Belgian travelling circus "Firmin Bouglione" is related to the French "Cirques Bouglione".
