North Santander is correct name. There are not more North Santander in commons for named North Santander -department.--EEIM (talk) 05:46, 5 May 2015 (UTC)

In the English Wikipedia, the name of this subnational entity is "Norte de Santander", why in commons it has a name that does not fit with the En.Wiki ? besides, all categories have a defined structure: "Name of entity" + Department.
