I guess so, but I almost never work on en:wiki and have no intention to push renaming there. It is surprising how sloppy they are with naming, but it probably related to the fact that renaming articles is very easy. Anyway, names tend to converge in the long run. It is amazing how much the en:wiki naming style converged to Commons naming in a couple of years. --Foroa (talk) 20:37, 10 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
I think that the frequent recurring problem with upper-case comes from countries with another alphabet/script. They tend to use upper-case for all significant words. --Foroa (talk) 21:11, 10 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
