Folk hero

As the category 'Folk hero' is being constantly put back and forth, here is a scholarly reference describing the origin of the tale of Martin Krpan and the character's current adoption as a folk hero in Slovenia.[1] I have also added this reference to the English Wikipedia at en:Martin Krpan, which quite aptly summarises that "the popularity of the story led to it becoming a part of Slovene folklore and made its lead character a folk hero". --TadejM ^(t/p) 02:00, 20 June 2023 (UTC)
