Renaming to Category:Ryūhō (ship, 1934)

The category is proposed to be renamed to Category:Ryūhō (ship, 1934), because

  • The ship was originally completed in 1934 (as submarine tender Taigei).
  • It is better to be romanized in Hepburn romanization, as the original Japanese pronunciation/spelling becomes more easily traceable.
