What does this category stand for? Is it about any kind of wheel over a tower to obtain power from the wind, or is it about Halladay wind wheel (Q15854792), that is, only a very particular kind of wind wheel to extract water? I think it is important to distinguish clearly between wind-powered wheels to mill grain, called molins fariners locally, and wind-powered wheels to extract water, called molins aiguaders locally.
