Hello, during preparations for WLM 2011 we received a donation offer for 3000 to 4000 images of cultural heritage monuments. We will get the images of several German towns and districts with complete xls/calc-lists (an example follows below) inculding
- ID of the monument
- description (short)
- adress
- borough of the town
- date of monument list entry
- longitude
- latitude
Further, I will get one doc-file for each monument that contains a detailed official description of the monument. The files name of each .doc is the ID of the monument. What I am looking for now is an extension/a tool for the Commonist with which I can import all these indivual list informations out of a calc/excel/csv-table into the individual image description fields and coordinate fields.
