What has changed since the last time a flag was requested? (see Commons:Bots/Requests for flags/OsamaKBOT and Commons:Bots/Requests for flags/OsamaKBOT 2) The last time, your request ended up failing because you did not address some of the concerns that others raised. Opposed. 0samaKbot has caused much distress on en.wiki and he doesn't answer concerns. I spent day fixing it's errors. See [1] and [2]. I'm not convinced concerns are adequately addressed. Also, his name has bot and is in the bot section but he's not asking for a bot flag...confusing.Rlevse 17:27, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Remember we are at Wikimedia Commons .There is another project called "English Wikipedia". also this bot is not for tagging image with {{Nsd}} (I'll have one in a few time at Commons, if god will) .
