Discussion

Panoramio has been discontinued on 4th of November 2016. The original website was still reachable (read-only) till 4th of November 2017. Since then, all links to Panoramio will lead to a page explaining that Panoramio has been discontinued. Panoramio links are given in a lot of files as source documentation. The proposal here is to exchange these with archive.org links dated arround 4th of November 2016. Here is what the bot does:

  1. Check if the page contains links from panoramio; example: [1]
  2. Check if the page was archived in archive.org; example: [2]
  3. If both conditions are met, replace current link to panoramio with archived link.
