Each country had its own jury to select the local winners that participated in the all-European final. Those jury members are presented in the local competition subpages (example).
On the all-European stage there were two juries: one to select the best media files that got to final in countries that don't had a local jury, and the other to select the final winners.
Local winners were selected by January 2016. Winners of the all-European final were announced in March 2016.
