@Ikan Kekek: I've updated the license again do have a look. It's a video found on public domain. U can see the license of a similar video [1] but I have taken the video from youtube so I have given attribution to the youtube channel. do correct me if am wrong --Tiven2240 (talk) 12:22, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
Comment - I'm unconvinced so far. The other clip you reference is from Whitehouse.gov. This one doesn't seem to be if thumbnail credit is to be given to CNN. I see the Creative Commons license, but I'd like to be surer that the footage is from WhiteHouse.gov and not a private organization like CNN. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 12:33, 6 February 2017 (UTC)
