  •   Comment - For such a populous country, my experience is that France has quite a lot of countryside, though of course a lot of it, unlike this spot, is cultivated. @Ikan Kekek: What I meant was that this looks more akin to the "never developed" sense of wildness we see in pictures from outside Europe, where we know there are large areas that have never been cultivated or exploited otherwise and that is part of the landscape's identity.
