Info A cross section of a leaf showing the phloem, xylem, sclerenchyma and collenchyma, and mesophyll. This is meant to be a slightly oblique and noncontinuous section, which samples various parts of the leaf in blocks. Sources and microscope photos are linked to on the file page. Comment I'm very supportive of more educational diagrams, nice job. I think it needs a contextual indicator showing which side of the leaf is the top (light-receiving) and which is the bottom. --99of9 (talk) 04:34, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I added a "top of leaf"/"Bottom of leaf" label, I don't think an inset diagram would help as this is a noncontinuous section. Unrelated, but I also trimmed the text blocks, and made the image more compact.—Kelvinsong (talk) 23:18, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
