Commons:Img2Commons is a Python script by User:Companje currently being used for uploading 150.000 open images from The Utrecht Archives (Institution:Het Utrechts Archief). The source code is on our Github page https://github.com/hetutrechtsarchief/Image2Commons and should be generic and useful for others. Feel free to reach out in case of questions or remarks.
