Locator-tool je nástroj, který pomáhá se souřadnicováním existujících obrázků – tzn. vložit do obrázků na Wikimedia Commons šablonou {{Location}}.

In order to get the locator tool added to your toolbox, enable the Locator-tool gadget in your gadget preferences.
Návod
| 1. Přejděte na https://tools.wmflabs.org/locator-tool/ |

| 2. Přihlašte se tlačítkem v pravém horním rohu. | |
| 3. Povolte nástroji Locator-tool editovat existující stránky. Toto je potřeba pro automatické vkládání šablony {{Location}}. | 
|
| 4. Klikněte na Select files a buďto vložte seznam souborů k označení souřadnicemi nebo určete kategorii, ze které mají být nahrány soubory. | 
|
| 5. Klikněte na Load … to geolocate. | |
| 6. V základním nastavení list obsahuje soubory, které neobsahují šablonu {{Location}}. Vyberte jednu kliknutím. | 
|
| 7. Vyberte její umístění na mapě. | 
|
| 8. Kliněte na "Přidat {{Location|…|…}}" | 
|
| 9. Souřadnice bude uložena. Přesvěčte se o tom v historii stránky. | 
|
| In step 5, you can alternatively click "show … on map" in order to display all files on the map. This helps to spot files with incorrect/inaccurate coordinates. |
