Reason	Strange and interesting caricature of the famous antisemitic journalist Edouard Drumont, during the Dreyfus Affair. This is a charge against the man, but it is an antisemitic cartoon too, IMO... Anyway, we had already a very small version of this image, but this one is technically far much better. No Geocode, it is irrelevant (homework). Restored by me, and best in scope, I think. -- Jebulon (talk)
