Wiki Loves Monuments est un concours photographique international visant à valoriser les lieux historiques du monde, via les projets Wikimédia (principalement Wikipédia et Wikimedia Commons). Elle a début aux Pays-Bas en 2010, a été organisée à l'échelle de l'Europe en 2011 et est devenue globale en 2012.
Wikimedia Népal a commencé à participer au concours Wiki Loves Monuments à partir de 2013 et environ 5400 images ont été téléversées sous des licences creative commons dans le cadre de cet événement. Toute personne, qu'elle soit photographe débutant ou expert peut participer.

Top Contributor (by numbers of photographs) will be awarded by Gift Voucher of about 5 000 NPR
Top 10 contributors (by number of photographs) will be rewarded with WLM T-shirt and all participants of the competition will be rewarded by certificate of Participation.
