+ 1. May I quote from foundation-l (Erik Moeller, Deputy Director, WMF):

  • Me too. Per Commons:Deletion requests, "In general, requests can be closed after seven days. Deletion requests for obvious copyright violations can be closed earlier." This is certainly not an obvious decision, nor indeed does the very short discussion here show any clear consensus. -- Visviva 04:17, 6 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
