Scan photos - without any relevant information ?

I think that scanned photos from more recent times (like this one) should at least provide basic informations (Metadata) about the recording situation, like : camera, aperture, date, time, location, etc. - Attempted manipulations of the competitions, like this very current one, can at least be reduced significantly, I think. - Anyone, who has an analog camera, should have this current basic-informations.
