Nederlands: Met de bouw van het kantongerechtsgebouw te Hilversum is begonnen in 1963. In 1966 is het door rijksbouwmeester J.J.M. Vegter ontworpen gebouw in gebruik genomen. Het gerechtsgebouw staat op het voormalige grondgebied van de Villa Limborg en is gesitueerd op een natuurlijke verhoging in het landschap. Het gebouw staat als een vreemde eend in de bijt tussen een lange reeks in de decennia rond 1900 aan de 's Gravelandseweg gebouwde villa's.
