Description
Deutsch: Çiğ Köfte sind kräftig gewürzte, rohe Hackfleischbällchen aus Lammfleisch. Die mundgerechte Stücke werden auf ein Blatt Eisbergsalat gelegt und mit Zitronensaft beträufelt. Danach wird das Salatblatt zu einem Päckchen gefaltet und aus der Hand gegessen. Fotografiert im Restaurant Develi Kalamış in Istanbul.
English: Çiğ Köfte are strongly spiced, raw minced meat balls of lamb. The bite-sized pieces are placed on a leaf of iceberg lettuce and drizzled with lemon juice. Then the lettuce leaf is folded into a packet and eaten out of the hand. Photographed at Restaurant Develi Kalamış in Istanbul.
