ETA Pečenka 0133 90000 Složení na čtyři porce : 5 ks houska malá 60 g málo makované.

Rama nebo Máslo. Měkká sladká jablka. Cukr Krystal. Mletá skořice. Dvě polévkové lžíce medu. 3 ks vejce čerstvá. Asi 1/2 litru mléka. Vychytávky. Dobře vymažeme nádobu.Namočíme plátky housky do mléka, promícháme jablka s cukrem a skořicí. První vrstva houska,druhá jablka s cukrem a skořicí,třetí vrstva medem pokapeme jablka,čtvrtá vrstva namočená houska. Středně zapečeme poté přidáme rozkvedlané mléko a vajíčka.A dopečeme. Pokapeme rozpuštěným máslem a pocukrujeme práškovým cukrem. Další možnosti - místo jablek hruška,kdo má rád i hrozinky.
