DescriptionЃомлезец.jpg	Македонски: Ѓомлезец е специјалитет што се приготвува во Струшко-Охридскиот регион. Се прави со правење на тесто само со брашно,масло за јадење и вода. Тестото треба да биде течно да може да се црпи лесно со голема лажица (кутлача). Се користат два сача кои наизменично се загреваат. Додека се пече едната кора, другиот сач се загрева. Се истура следната кора и се става загреаниот сач. Треба така да се испечат околу 20 тина кори. За да на крај се пече заедно околу 1 час. Помеѓу корите не се става ништо само се прска со масло за јадење. Добиениот специјалитет ѓомлезец е многу вкусен и најдобро е да се јаде топол.
