Здание построено в середине XIX века на средства купца Горюхина. В этом здании размещалась городская управа. Угловой двухэтажный дом поставлен на низком цоколе. Гладкие стены расчленены широкими тягами. Г-образная в плане постройка имеет более обширный первый этаж. Верхний этаж был в одном крыле деревянным, обшитым тесом. При реконструкции в 2010 х верхний этаж был заново выполнен в кирпиче. Le bâtiment est construit au milieu du XIXe siècle avec les fonds du marchand Goryukhin. Ce bâtiment abritait l'administration municipale. La maison d'angle de deux étages est placée sur un socle bas. Les murs lisses sont démembrés par de larges tractions. En forme de l dans le plan de construction a un rez-de-chaussée plus vaste. L'étage supérieur était dans une aile en bois, gainé de tessons. Lors de la rénovation en 2010, l'étage supérieur a été refait en brique. The building was built in the middle of the XIX century at the expense of merchant Goryukhin. This building housed the city council. The corner two-storey house is placed on a low basement. Smooth walls are dissected by wide rods. The L-shaped building has a more extensive ground floor. The upper floor was in one wing wooden, sheathed with wood. During the reconstruction in the 2010s, the upper floor was newly made in brick. Das Gebäude wurde in der Mitte des XIX Jahrhunderts mit den Mitteln des Kaufmanns Goryukhin gebaut. In diesem Gebäude war die Stadtverwaltung untergebracht. Eckiges zweistöckiges Haus auf einem niedrigen Sockel. Die glatten Wände sind mit breiten Stichen zerstückelt. Das L-förmige Gebäude hat im Plan einen umfangreicheren ersten Stock. Das Obergeschoss war in einem Flügel aus Holz, mit Tessum verkleidet. Bei der Sanierung im Jahr 2010 wurde das Obergeschoss in Ziegeln neu gestaltet.
