Русский: Обратная сторона казацкого морского флага, дарованного Сечи императрицей Анной Иоанновной в 1734 г. На лицевой стороне флага изображен черный двуглавый орел со звездами (копия, Львовский исторический музей, оригинал находится в Эрмитаже).
Українська: Морський прапор Війська Запорозького Низового (копія, Львівській історичний музей, оригінал знаходиться в Ермітажі) Напис на прапорі: «Σіє Знамѧ Ввойско Єѧ Імпєраторскаго Ієлиєства Запорожскоє Низовоє здѣлано кошто пѣхоти воюющєи тогожъ Войска по Черно҃ Морю такожъ по рѣка҃ Днєпру й Дунаю» (Цей прапор Війська Її Імператорської Величності Запорозького Низивового зроблено коштом піхоти того ж Війська, що воює по Чорному морю, а також по річкам Дніпру й Дунаю).
