Русский: Природа создает удивительно красивые вещи от мала до велика. На данном изображении: белый и желтоватый камень - Барит, золотая россыпь - Пирит, свинцово-серые кристаллы - Галенит, его окутывает прозрачный Кальцит.

Адыгея. Белореченское месторождение пятиметаллической формации. Баритовый рудник.

Интересно происхождение названия поселка Никель в Адыгее. «Никель» — конспиративное название поселка. В далекие годы холодной войны в штольнях Никеля искали уран и барий, а вместе с ними был найден и никель. Однако содержания искомых металлов в руде оказалось недостаточно для промышленной разработки. В 1960-х адыгейское разведываемое месторождение признали нерентабельным, после чего началась разведка барита, однако и его запасы оказались незначительными. Месторождение законсервировали.
