Русский: Почтовая открытка СССР/России из серии "виды городов". Саратов, Дом Книги. Фото К. Рошковского, 1991, оборотная сторона. Заказ 8170. Открытка была создана в СССР, но издавалась в период его распада. На открытке видна напечатанная марка СССР 1966 года в 3 копейки, но ввиду галопирующей инфляции поверх неё наклеены марки России 1992 года.
English: Note that this postcard was printed in late 1991, exactly at the time USSR was collapsing. As such, the design was developed in the USSR but printing was happening in the newly independent Russian Federation. The postcard bears the definitive stamp of the USSR, but over it, three regular stamps of Russia are plastered.
