Description
Български: Гербът „Остоя“ в разновидността му, използвана от благородническия род Миклашевски от Витебска губерния (в Руската империя).

Блазон (описание): „В червено поле – две непълни златни луни, обърнати с гърбовете си една към друга, между тях – бял двуостър меч, с дръжката нагоре, на Благороднически шлема – пет щраусови пера.“

Видно е, че има някои несъответствия между описанието и изображението на герба. В блазона гербът е описан с пет щраусови пера, докато изображението съдържа само три. Освен това на изображението гербът е представен с корона, докато в блазона тя не се споменава.

Блазонирование: „В красном поле – две неполные золотые луны, хребтами одна к другой обращенные, между ними – белый обосечный меч, рукояткою в верх, на шлеме – пять страусовых перьев.“

Видно, что между блазоном (описанием) и изображением герба есть некоторые расхождения. Согласно описанию, герб украшен пятью страусовыми перьями, а на изображении их всего три. Кроме того, на изображении герб снабжен короной, хотя в блазоне она не упоминается.

English: Ostoja coat of arms in a version used by the noble family Miklashevsky from Vitebsk Governorate (in the Russian Empire).

Blazon (description): „In a field gules - two incomplete golden moons with their spines turned one to the other, between them - a white double-edged sword with the hilt upwards, on the helmet - five оstrich feathers.“

It is evident that there are some discrepancies between the blazon (description) and the illustration of the coat of arms. The blazon describes the coat of arms with five ostrich feathers, while the depiction shows only three. In addition, the illustration shows the coat of arms with a crown, whereas the blazon does not mention one.

Deutsch: Das Wappen "Ostoja" in einer Variante, verwendet vom Adelsgeschlecht Miklashevsky aus dem Gouvernement Witebsk (im Russisches Kaiserreich).

Blasonierung (Beschreibung): „In einem roten Feld – zwei unvollständige goldene Monde, deren Rücken zueinander gewandt, dazwischen – ein weißes doppelschneidiges Schwert mit dem Griff nach oben, auf dem Helm – fünf Straußenfedern.“

Es wird ersichtlich, dass die Blasonierung und die Wappendarstellung einige Diskrepanzen aufweisen. Die Blasonierung beschreibt das Wappen mit fünf Straußenfedern, während die Darstellung nur drei enthält. Außerdem zeigt die Darstellung das Wappen mit einer Krone ausgestattet, während die Blasonierung diese nicht erwähnt.
