Українська: Розгляд справи генерал-майора Назарова щодо катастрофи літака ІЛ-76 в апеляційному суді Дніпра відклали через хворобу судді Алли Іванової. Вона входить до складу колегії, що займається цим кримінальним провадженням. Надалі пані Іванову замінять на іншого суддю. За словами адвоката Віталія Погосяна, на черговому засіданні мали оголосити результати комісійної військової експертизи. Вона тривала понад рік, її призначили за клопотанням самого Назарова.
Нагадаємо: генерал-майор Віктор Назаров звинувачений у недбалому ставленні до військової служби. Він був начальником Штабу АТО на момент катастрофи Іл-76, в якій загинули 49 людей. 27 березня 2017 року Павлоградський міськрайонний суд присудив йому 7 років ув'язнення, однак генерал подав апеляцію. Її розгляд досі триває. |
