Русский: Микроскопическая фотография клетки поверхности листа Плектрантуса Ароматного (лат. Plectranthus amboinicus). В центре находятся эпидермальные клетки, обрамляющие устьице, а также само устьице, состоящее из замыкающих клеток. Устьице на фотографии в закрытом положении. Плектрантус - сукулент, поэтому ему необходимо удерживать влагу в прочных оболочках. На фотографии видно, что границы клеток плектрантуса волнистые, а не ровные, что усиливает взаимное соединение клеток. Увеличение в 1000 раз.
English: Microscopic photo of sheet surface Plectranthus amboinicus cell. In the center there are the epidermal cells that surround the stoma. And the stoma itself, consisting of guard cells. Stoma on the photos in closed position. Plectrantus - sukulent, so it needs to retain moisture in the solid shells. The photo shows that the boundary of plectrantus cells are wavy, not flat which increases the interconnection of the cells. Microscope 1000x. |
