Українська: Шпаки, які мешкають в наших садах, купаються в мілких калюжах (і бояться глибокої води), тому пташина купальня має бути завглибшки з калюжу, глибиною 3-5 см, а біля берегів ще менше. Чим ширше калюжа, тим краще для птахів, яка дасть змогу зграйним шпакам, приймати ванни цілою ватагою.
Прикмети. - Можна спостерігати, як птахи купаються в калюжах – прикмети, пов’язані з цим явищем, допоможуть передбачити подальші зміни в погоді. - Якщо шпаки купаються в калюжі, значить, холодів можна не чекати – настали теплі весняні дні. - Птахи охоче купаються в калюжах на початку осені? Значить, осінні місяці будуть посушливими, а бабине літо теплим і тривалим. - Якщо влітку пташки купаються в калюжі, погода буде посушлива. Чим більше пташок скупчилася навколо калюжі і чим активніше проходять водні ванни, тим довшим буде період до наступного дощу.
English: The starlings that live in our gardens bathe in shallow puddles (and are afraid of deep water), so the birdbath should be deeper than the puddle, 3-5 cm deep, and even less near the banks. The wider the puddle, the better for the birds, which will allow flocks of starlings to take baths as a whole.
Signs. - You can observe how birds bathe in puddles - the omens associated with this phenomenon will help predict further changes in the weather. - If starlings bathe in a puddle, it means that you can not wait for cold weather - warm spring days have arrived. - Do birds willingly bathe in puddles in early autumn? The more birds gathered around the puddle and the more active the water baths, the longer the period until the next rain. |
