עברית: ביתו של דוד לוינסון. על פי צוואתו שבעל פה שימש ביתו החל ב-1952 כ"בית מרגוע לסופר ולמורה". בהמשך הפך לבית מרגוע לכל, לפנימיה לחינוך הדתי וכיום משמש כפנימיה לחינוך מיוחד.
