Description

מעניין שמי שנחשבים לצדיקים בתרבות אחת נחשבים לרשעים בתרבות אחרת: אצל היהודים הרשעים אינם קמים לתחייה באחרית הימים, ואילו בתרבויות המזרח בדיוק להפך - הצדיקים מקבלים פטור מן הגלגולים הבאים = בתמונה: פריחת החצב במאקרו = Squill plant is buried in the ground for months, but towards the rain it flourishes. This behavior and similar phenomena might have inspired the authors of the Amidah designee who put the prayer for rain right after the prayer for resurrection. Interestingly those who are considered righteous in one culture are considered wicked in another culture: in Judaism the wicked are not resurrected in the last days, while in Eastern cultures just the opposite is true - the righteous are exempted from the following incarnations. = Picture: White Squill in Jerusalem
