العربية: المهندس المصرى العالمى عبد الرءوف مختار بدأ مع فريق عمل دولى فى تغيير بروتوكولات و أكواد مشروعات البنية التحتية فى قارة أفريقيا بالتنسيق مع الأمم المتحدة لتتوافق مع الكود الدولى حتى يسهل دمجها مع مشروعات القارة الأفريقية الحديثة ، بحيث تكون قابلة للتطوير أو الإحلال و التبديل دون الإخلال بوظيفتها الأساسية . و قد رصدت الأمم المتحدة ميزانية خاصة لهذا المشروع ، على أن يبدأ العمل فيه بداية من شهر أبريل 2016 و ينتهى فى نهاية سنة 2019، كما يشارك فى هذا المشروع ممثلين لجامعة الدول العربية و منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية . |
