English: Tochal, is a mountain and ski resort located on the Alborz mountain range, adjacent to the metropolitan area of Tehran in northern Iran.
Deutsch: Der Totschāl oder auch Tochāl bezeichnet einen 3964 m hohen Berg, sowie das dazugehörige Wintersportgebiet, im Elburs-Gebirge im nördlichen Iran.
