فارسی: ولی الله بیاتی متولد شهرستان تفرش است. او از سال 1359 به عضویت سپاه درآمد و تا سال 1366 در مناطق جنگی مختلف حضور مستمر داشته و در عملیاتهای مختلف از جمله والفجر 4 ، والفجر 8 ، مرصاد و پاکسازی مناطق مختلف کردستان حضور داشته است.
پس از جنگ در دانشگاه شهید محلاتی اراک ادامه تحصیل داده و موفق به دریافت مدرک کارشناسی ارشد از این دانشگاه گردید . در مدت خدمت خود در سپاه سمت‌های مختلفی از جمله فرماندهی و پست‌های فرهنگی، ستادی و عملیاتی را بر عهده داشته است.او در حال حاضر ریاست شورای شهر قم را بر عهده دارد. |
