ไทย: ธงประจำกองเนตรนารีวิสามัญ สร้างตามความเข้าใจของผู้สร้างผลงาน และอ้างอิงบางส่วนจากความบรรยายตามข้อ 309 แห่งข้อบังคับคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ ว่าด้วยการปกครอง หลักสูตรและวิชาพิเศษลูกเสือ พ.ศ. 2509 องค์ประกอบของภาพได้จากไฟล์ดังต่อไปนี้

ลักษณะของธงตามความเข้าใจของผู้สร้างผลงาน และอ้างอิงบางส่วนจากความบรรยายตามข้อ 309 แห่งข้อบังคับคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ ว่าด้วยการปกครอง หลักสูตรและวิชาพิเศษลูกเสือ พ.ศ. 2509 มีดังนี้

"ธงประจำกองเนตรนารีวิสามัญ ทำด้วยผ้าสีขาบ ขนาด 120x80 ซม. มีครุยสีเหลืองยาว 8 ซม.สามด้าน ตรงกลางมีตราเนตรนารีสีเหลือง ขนาด 40x25 ซม. ใต้ตราบอกชื่อกลุ่มหรือกองเนตรนารี ตัวอักษรตัวพิมพ์ธรรมดาสีเหลือง ขนาดพองาม ยอดคันธงทำด้วยโลหะเป็นรูปวชิรสีเงิน"
