Description	日本語: ●建平淺春（熱河省建平）建平は通稱を新邱（炭坑の新邱に非ず）といひ、朝陽と赤峰との中間に位した要地で、南敖漢[アオハン]旗頭に屬した。四面を丘陵が圍み、東には伯爾河が流れてゐる。市街の周圍は土城を繞らし、南北二門あり、それを通ずる一條の南北大街が目貫き通りなのだ。建平に縣が置かれたのは宣統二年（明治四十三年）であるから新しい街ではあるが、漢人種が入りこんだのは百六十年も前の乾隆年間からであつた。　（印畫の複製を嚴禁す）
