Description	日本語: ●平泉を見下す（熱河省平泉）平泉は俗に八溝といひ、喀喇沁[カラチン]中旗に屬し、雍正八年（西紀一七三〇）漢人蒙古人間の裁判事件を處理するために八溝廳理事通判を設け、乾隆四十三年には平泉州に陞し承德府に隷屬してゐたが、民國二年に平泉縣となつた。　だから平泉は少くとも雍正以前から漢人が入り込んで市街を形成したわけで、熱河省としては古い街の一つだが、位置が南に偏在し、山が迫つて背後地が限られてゐるので、赤峰の發展につれて次第に衰微する傾向だつた。しかし滿洲建國に伴ひ今では再び活氣を呈して來た。　（印畫の複製を嚴禁す）
