Description	日本語: ●大天主堂（海北）海北は三十年程前から始めて移民を見てから、肥沃な地を慕ふ移住者で數年の後には立派な町が出來た。當時單身乘込んだ佛國宣敎師が該博な智識を以て大天主堂を中心に布敎の傍ら農業醫術等を敎へ自治を指導したので純然たる自治制の町を見るに至つた。住民の九割迄がその信徒である。この邊陲の地に十字の尖塔を望む時奇異の感を抱くと共に殖民政策と云ふ上にも何か敎へられる所があるやうに思ふ。　（印畫の複製を嚴禁す）
