老婆と孫 （南滿）

之は大石橋附近に住んで居る旗人の老婆と其愛孫とである、旗人とは日本で士族と云ふが如き者である、其昔滿洲には八旗と云て約二十萬人の兵士が親藩兵として駐在して居た淸朝の北京遷都以來累代の朝廷は之等旗人を保護したが彼等は農を好まず恩寵に狎れ其生活放惰安逸に流れ賜給の土地は禁を破て漢人に轉賣し遂に生活窮迫して自滅するに至つた然して今は其名のみ殘て居るに過ぎない。
