舊き蕪湖の姿 （蕪湖）

春秋にして既に蕪湖の名を見ると言ふならば、この港は決して新開港地ではない。楊子江岸河曲の好位置を占めたこの聊の都會は、その廣濶な背後地と豐富な物產を以て、殊に米と茶の輸出港として鳴り響いて來たのだ。｜今や貿易年額五千萬圓を計え、押しも押されもせぬ支那の大輸出港ではあるが、城外の船着場は、四千年の歷史に何の變化もない。｜（一九二九年、撮影）（印畫の複製を禁ず）
