山の背の町 （碧潼）

渭原から西南へ十二里、碧潼も亦鴨綠江に沿ふた鮮人の町だ。｜町は江岸の谷間に始る。古めかしい西門を潜ると、街らしくもない粗らな家並が、山の背へ高く低く這上つて行く。｜城壁もないこの山の町に、城門は東西南北の四箇、唯この町の良さは、居乍らにして見る對岸支那領と鴨綠江の展望だ。（一九三〇年撮影）（印畵の複製を禁ず）
