大同の纏足美人 （山西省）

古來山西省の大同は、美人の生地として有名である。その顏だちも支那他省の女とは趣きを異にしてゐて、柔和と親しみと優しさと美しさとを備えてゐる。特に支那他省の女と目立つて異るところは纏足の極めて小さなことである。その小さな纏足でよちよち步く大同美人の風情は、柳腰美人の艷でやかさよりも面白い。（印畫の複製を禁ず）
