中文（臺灣）：本建築竣工於大正7年（1918）8月，為日治時期為因應宜蘭縣鐵路通車而設立，其建築特色均為日式木構造建築
English: The building was completed in August of the 7th year of Dazheng (1918). It was established during the Japanese occupation period in response to the opening of the Yilan County Railway. Its architectural features are Japanese-style wooden structures.
