Description
中文（臺灣）：大溪川承載著過往地方親子一起學習游泳，探索溪流生態的記憶，陪伴著當地民眾成長。

在宜蘭社區封溪護漁的行動不多，大溪社區的居民為守護生態，自2005年起即籌組「河川巡守隊」以封溪護漁的行動，維護地方生態，努力維護屬於地方居民的珍貴回憶。

「河川巡守隊」從社區家戶中派員參與產生，對於分工地區於巡守時間糾舉進入溪中採捕水產動植物的侵入者，以確保河川生態不受破壞。而於2019年社區再次申請封溪護漁，大溪川全面禁止採捕水產動植物，在這延續多年的努力下，大溪溪相關的生態內涵與地方行動也逐漸受到注意。大溪川也開始成為宜蘭溪北重要的溪流生態體驗區。
