中文（臺灣）：宜蘭農林學校設立於1926年，農校校長宿舍位在廳長官邸旁，彰顯當時農校校長地位隆崇。舊校長宿舍於2002至2004年進行修護整建，在材料、工法及環境改善等各方面皆用心講究，確保修護品質。此項修復工作於2004年榮獲行政院「第五屆公共工程金質獎」肯定，為台灣公有古蹟及歷史建築修護首次獲獎的殊榮。2011年本棟建築正式成為宜蘭文學館，作為藝文人士品茗、寫作與交流的文化空間。 |
