日本語: 工程の無駄を省くため、作業路上では高性能林業機械の旋回が狭いので、集中的にスイングヤーダにより列間伐を行い、プロセッサとの連携により造材工程のコストを削減した。安全確保の取り組みとして、作業前一人危険予知表を活用し、作業の安全意識を高めた。環境配慮として、大雨、増水時には沢筋等での集材作業、作業路作設を中止した。トラック搬入口付近については、普段より公道の清掃を実施した。担い手の育成として、請負事業体安全大会、労働基準監督署の災害事例説明等を通じて教育を実施した。平成30年度国有林間伐再造林推進コンクール「立木販売部門」の九州森林管理局局長賞を受賞した。
